Oregon is now facing a $60 million lawsuit regarding two malnourished children. These children in foster care have experienced extreme starvation.

Governor Doug Ducey signed a bill cutting state shared revenue from municipalities. The bill would also slash funds to counties that pass regulations like plastic bag bans that conflict with the state law.

Asja Sever and Katherine Page, former waitresses of American celebrity chef Michael Chiarello's Coqueta restaurant, claim the working environment of the restaurant is sexually abusive. They are also suing the chef for his refusal to pay employees' due salary.
