Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has filed legal action against German humorist, Jan Boehmermann over the Erdogan poem. Erdogan is accusing the satirist of defamation.
Pfizer is facing a lawsuit that had been revived 12 years after. The New York-based company is being sued by shareholders of the company, who claimed that they were not informed of the cardiovascular risks of Celebrex and Bextra. The shareholders suffered substantial amount of losses.
Goldman Sachs would pay $5 billion in settlement over claims that they misled investors to buy securities from 2005 to 2007. However, new reports say that Goldman Sachs could pay less penalties through government incentives and tax credits.
