Judge William Sylvester granted a request for more time by prosecutors in the case of alleged Colorado James Egan Holmes. The court hearing of the 24-year-old, who allegedly opened fire during a midnight screening of the Dark Knight Rises at an Aurora movie theater, was scheduled for this week, however it has been postponed to August 23.
