Cindy Lee Garcia, actress in the anti-Islamist film “Age of Innocence,” has withdrawn her case against the filmmaker from a Los Angeles state court and filed it in federal court Monday.
Bristol Company’s Bee Media Ltd shut down its website after learning that an internet site was posting the infamous topless pictures of Kate Middleton under the company’s name. The site was registered under the same name as the Bristol Company on 14 September with Nominet.

Jurors in a Colorado court awarded Wayne Watson $7 million in damages in a lawsuit which claimed that Watson developed severe respiratory dysfunction from inhaling fumes of artificial butter present in microwave popcorn produced by Gilster-Mary Lee Corp. The jury found the popcorn manufacturer 80 percent liable and the stores, King Soopers' supermarket and Dillon Foods and Kroger 20 percent liable for his health damages.
