Marvel's newest addition to their superhero roster is Black Panther and he will be played by newcomer, Chadwick Boseman. Prior to his solo film, his character is going to be introduced in Captain America: Civil War in May 2016. Meanwhile, the actor recently revealed some details on what fans should expect from his character.

T'Challa or known as Black Panther is coming to maul villains and maybe superheroes, too, in the Captain America: Civil War, but that is not the case as Boseman said in the report of Movie News Guide.

Based from the trailer released, Black Panther was seen to be alongside Tony Stark or Iron Man's team as they confront the team of Captain America, but it is not everything. Chadwick Boseman revealed that Black Panther won't be fully on one side and his intentions are more political. The character would serve as one who understands the factions and will make sure that things don't go out of hand. This means that Black Panther will have a bigger role than just a mere soldier for the team Iron Man.

Comic Book Resources wrote that the Black Panther's superpowers information remain unreleased. Boseman remained quiet whether T'Challa will be utilizing the superhuman senses and physical abilities that he have in comics. However, it is notable that Black Panther's suit integrates vibranium which is similar to Captain America's shield, an extraordinarily material in Marvel Universe.

Meanwhile, Cosmic Book News has detailed specifics on the upcoming Black Panther solo movie in 2018. Chadwick Boseman stated that "Black Panther is a superhero movie but it's still character-driven. That's my assessment so far. You have to identify with what you know, you have the fantasy of this other world but that can only hold you so far. It's what's real that is going to hold you in the end." This indicates that there are far more excitement in store now that Black Panther is an added to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Moreover, Boseman revealed that he's created an accent for T'Challa assuming that Wakanda is part of southern, central part of Africa.

Black Panther is one of the latest additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The character is going to be introduced in Captain America: Civil War with Tom Holland as Spider-Man. The solo film will be directed by Creed's Ryan Coogler and hit theaters on February 16, 2018.
