Huawei recently released its mid-range handset Honor 5X in United States and Europe. Now, the Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition is anticipated to arrive in Europe soon featuring the Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware.

According to MobiPicker, Chinese tech company Huawei officially launched Huawei Honor 5X to the European market. This smartphone can be purchased from its official website in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal. Now, fresh reports suggest the company may launch the Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition in the same markets.

For reference, Softpedia reported that the standard Honor 7 was unveiled back in July 2015 and it's already available for purchase in Europe, as well as in other countries and regions. Nevertheless, the improved model might arrive with a little bit more storage and a newer Android version.

Although the Huawei did not specify all the smartphone's features during the Huawei Honor 5X launch event, it did state that Honor 7 Premium Edition would be packed with a 32GB of internal memory. This handset will arrive running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system as it comes out of the box. Evidently, it is an upgrade compared with the standard model that runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.

It's possible that the other features of the Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition will remain the same. This handset might sport a 5.2-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen with full HD (1080p) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating for protection.

Although the Premium Edition comes with 32GB internal memory, it will definitely include a microSD card slot for memory expansion of up to 128GB. The standard model features hybrid dual-SIM, so the enhanced version might have the same function.

The Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition is predicted to be armed with an impressive 20-megapixel rear-facing shutter with dual-LED flash and phase detection autofocus. As for its front snapper, it will be packed with an 8-megapixel selfie camera .Huawei also confirmed the high-end smartphone would arrive having a fast charger in the package, which should help the 3,100 mAh battery charge faster.

As for the release date and price of the Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition, Morning News USA stated on its article that there is no available information yet. But some reports are suggesting that it will come in Mystery Grey and Gold colors.

With the release of Huawei Honor 7 Premium Edition in Europe, flagship models from other manufacturers could expect a tight competition.
