Many people got curious and went to the house to see for their own and witness the things that are happening to the Janet. Reporters and investigators have caught on tape the activities she's doing, like levitating and doing psychic stuff. Though many people believed in them more people found the occurrences stupid and false.

They said the demon sounds was just because of Janet trying to deepen her voice. There was also a time when someone caught Janet banging the broom to the ceiling to make noises. The Warrens personally investigated the "demonic events" and said it was true. According to them, they saw the children levitate while sleeping and do other "demonic" things while they were present. They also said that they sense a demonic presence in the house.

It was showed in the first trailer how James Wan. The director, handle the ambiguous story often Hodgson's. Collider reported that the first trailer for the movie was released earlier this month. It has all the elements of a James Wan film.
