'Finding Dory' is an upcoming animated adventure-comedy film intended as a sequel to 'Finding Nemo'. It features the return of Ellen DeGeneres as the amnesiac blue tang and includes new characters including Bailey the beluga whale and Destiny the whale shark.

According to Time.com, Entertainment Weekly unveiled the latest concept art showing the newest characters accompanying Dory's quest to find her family. The first look at the concept art for Bailey the beluga whale and Destiny the whale shark was posted on Twitter on December 31, 2015.

Emmy-award winning actor Ty Burrell of ABC's 'Modern Family' is set to voice Bailey while Kaitlin Olson of FX's 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' will voice Destiny. The two are best known for their various work on television.

Burrell joked their new roles saying, "My character isn't great at his own sonar capability, and Destiny has trouble swimming straight." Olson added that although Bailey and Destiny "get on each other's nerves", the two creatures help Dory find her way back home. She joked, "I like to think I'm a shark, but Bailey calls me a whale, and I make fun of his head, because it's gigantic."

According to The Telegraph, Burrell and Olson aren't the only new additions to the star-studded cast for 'Finding Dory'. Diane Keaton plays Dory's mother, Eugene Levy plays Dory's father, Ed O'Neill is featured as Hank the octopus, while Idris Elba and Dominic West will voice yet unnamed characters.

The upcoming 3D animated film will follow Dory the blue tang's adventures to be reunited with her family off the coast of California. Ellen DeGeneres returns to voice the amnesiac but lovable marine creature, with co-star Albert Brook reprising his role as Marlin, Nemo's father.

According to Cinema Blend, Dory arrives at a marine life rehabilitation facility where she meets Bailey and Destiny. The three become friends and eventually overcome their respective disabilities to achieve something great.

'Finding Dory' is an upcoming comedy-adventure 3D animated film directed by Andrew Stanton and Angus McLane. It is intended as a sequel to 2003's 'Finding Nemo' and is scheduled to be released on June 17, 2016. The film is set to take place six months after the events of its predecessor.
