Hardcore fans who continue to rave over the open world FPS title, Dying Light, can definitely look forward to having more fun soon with the horror adventure title as 'The Following' DLC is set to finally launch next month.
It's been quite a while since developer Techland has released an expansion for Dying Light and the time has come for gamers to experience a whole new ball game with 'The Following' DLC, adding 20 delightful hours of gameplay slated to hit PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC on Feb. 9.
To fuel the excitement of fans even more, producer Tymon Smektala has recently shared an extended gameplay footage of the new expansion to provide players a sneak peek of the content offering and what they'd be buying with their hard earned bucks.

According to iDigital Times, the fans of the game will see a new area in the soon-to-be released DLC for the game. The protagonist Kyle Crane will bump into a wounded man that hold a map to a multitude of people who are immune to the widespread zombie virus.
As reported by Smektala, Dying Light 'The Following' is claimed as a huge expansion with an additional 20 hours of story, new characters, weapons, and vehicles. The most notable content addition, however, is the stealthy crossbow which can kill off enemies without being noticed and the famous Dune Buggies.
These off-road vehicles are easy to use in traveling far places as fast as possible but the lack of windows would have the undead to be crawling on top of the vehicle's roof. Some upgrades such as an electrical cage will enable players to get rid of them and a friend can use the shotgun while driving along areas infested with zombies.
Developed by Polish game developer Techland, Dying Light is an open-world first person survival horror title published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. 'The Following' is the upcoming DLC for the title a year after its release and will launch on February 9 for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
