Colorado Surgical Tampering Case Urges 3,000 Patients To Be Tested For Blood-Borne Diseases
An ex- medical technician was caught tampering narcotics at a Colorado Hospital prompting examination of about 3,000 patients who could be exposed for blood-borne diseases incluidng HIV, Hepatits B and C. The technician identified as Rocky Allen was arrested and charged with one count of tampering with a consumer product and one count of acquiring a controlled substance by deceit.
