Junior doctors have launched a legal action against the government to stop it from imposing its unpopular new contracts on 45,000 medics working in the NHS.

Navistar settled its case with the SEC alleging them of misleading investors about its development of an advanced technology truck engine that could be certified to meet U.S. emission standards. The company agreed to pay a $7.5 million penalty without admitting or denying the charges.

The FBI has backed away from an Arkansas prosecutor's statement that its agents would help unlock an iPhone and iPod belonging to two teenagers accused of killing a couple. It claims that it hasn't examined the devices and isn't sure whether it can help the said case.
