The Bandai Namco and From Software title Dark Souls 3 has made an impact to the public once more as it appeared in SXSW 2016 recently, with some gameplay footage that showed the fans a glimpse of what is to come. Recent news of the game's frame rate issues became quite a concern to the fans, but was immediately rectified by the developer and publisher.
According to I Digital Times, it was reported recently that Dark Souls 3 made its presence felt over the weekend as it appeared in Twitch's Gaming Stream for SXSW or the South by Southwest event as some may know. Simply put, the footage showcased about 30 minutes of raw gameplay from the title. Bandai Namco was first to put the game on the spotlight, along with complete commentary from the Dark Souls 3 team's representatives.
Silicon Era delivered that attributes of some of the game's characters, such as the Sorcerer, were cordially highlighted in the footage. It was reported not so long back that there are various classes within the game to look out for before it launches, such as Thief, Cleric, Pyromancer, Mercenary, Warrior, Herald of White, Knight and Deprived.
As per Yibada, Dark Souls 3 underwent some concerns regarding the frame rate in which the game is to run, which Bandai Namco and From Software were rather quick to address. Via social media, the developers clarified that Dark Souls 3 will run at 60fps, contradictory to the rumored 30fps that went all over the web. Many believe that this will not only serve the title well in terms of performance, but will also deliver the necessary marketing to render the game's popularity way higher.
Dark Souls 3 is scheduled to release within April of this year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC. Keep posted for further news on Bandai Namco and From Software's role-playing masterpiece.
