A Philadelphia woman has been charged with the murder of an unborn child, among other charges, after shooting a pregnant woman outside of a Wawa.
All three culprits involved in the death of Timothy Havonec were ordered to pay a joint restitution totaling $2,108,559.36.
Officials decided Sunday to evacuate the facilities based on the damage.
Amanda Hovanec, 37, was sentenced to 40 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to several charges, including distributing a controlled substance that resulted in the death of her husband, Timothy Hovanec.
