Oscar Pistorius' lawyers have filed an appeal in a South African court against bail restrictions imposed on the Para Olympian, who is charged with murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, according to papers released by the Pistorius family on Monday.
Shayne Carpenter, a 27-year-old California mechanic has been arrested after allegedly putting Visine eye drops in his girlfriend's drink during a fight. Carpenter was arrested by Nevada County Sheriffs in Grass Valley, California when his girlfriend became ill after a fight.
