Police pushed ahead on Sunday with a massive manhunt in three states for a gunman who ambushed two Pennsylvania state troopers two days ago, shooting to death one of them and injuring the other.
A gunman shot a woman to death in a home early Tuesday in Tustin California, and then went on a spree of carjackings and random shootings throughout Orange County, leaving two more people dead. Three others were also wounded before he killed himself, police authorities said.
A gunman in a suburban Minnesota neighborhood apparently began firing at vehicles, which ultimately killed a 10-year old, leaving a community stunned on Monday night. The cascade of bullets also wounded the boy's mother, and another woman also was hurt.
