Kesha, filed the motion in New York Supreme Court Monday in hopes to overturn the verdict last month. Kesha's request for Preliminary Injunction was denied which could allow her to record outside her contract label and prosucer, Dr, Luke, her alleged sexual assaulter.
Chief Judge Richard Roberts of the District of D.C. is accused of sexual assault. Terry Mitchell, claim she was raped repeatedly by the chief judge when she was 16 years old during a trial of a high profile murder case in 1981.
Mateen Cleaves, 39, former Michigan State basketball star is charge with sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment. The woman said she is assaulted by Cleaves in a motel and kept her against her will.
Poppi Worthington's father, Paul Worthington, has been granted £117,000 for legal aid for his legal battle for Poppi's siblings. He was previously judges to have sexually assaulted his 13 month-old daughter shortly before she died in 2012.
