The U.N wants to pursue the ongoing peace talks with Syria despite tensions showed by the main opposition. The Syrian war has plagued much of the country as well as it citizens.

The Palestinian government has already provided a proposed resolution regarding the Israeli settlement issue. Palestine believes that these settlements are blocking the peace process between the two countries.
Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu will still attend the peace talks set by France with the Palestinian government. Although he feared that the Palestines will not compromise a bit specially if they know they still will get what they want.
The opposing party in Syria is still not ready to talk things out. The government wants an end to the oppresion that the war created to its people.
