Lionel Ramirez Cervantes escaped from Bells Crossing Elementary School in Simpsonville, South Carolina Thursday morning, according to the Greenville County Sheriff's Office.
Sean Higgins, 43, is suspected to have been driving under the influence when he fatally struck Johnny, 31, and his brother, Matthew Gaudreau, 29, while they were cycling on a rural road in their south New Jersey hometown Aug. 29.
On January 9, Clayton McGeeney, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and David Harrington, 36, were found deceased on Jordan Willis' Kansas property.
Doctors told detectives that the seven-year-old boy appeared to be dead for quite some time.
