Photographer Alexander Stross accused NBC Unviersal’s The Today Show over copyright infringement. Stross filed a complaint in a Texas court that the show used his photos without permission and without proper credit on its website.

New York-based artist Richard Prince has been sued for copyright infringement by Donald Graham, whose photo called Rastafarian Smoking a Joint was used by Prince and sold for $100,000.

The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans has upheld a $2.1 million jury award in a copyright infringement case involving the 1993 hit rap song "Whoomp! (There It Is)."
