Judge William Sylvester has released very little to the public regarding the alleged Colorado movie theater shooter, James Egan Holmes. However, a college photo ID of the 24-year-old former Ph.D student has been released to the public. This is the second officially released picture of Holmes released after his arrest.

The petition by many Texan cities to secede might be gaining more momentum; according to the New York Times the sales of bumper sticker supporting the secession have gone up this week. The prices of these stickers range from $2-$5. One such sticker reads, "go her own way in peace," as reported by the NYT.
Judge Debra S. Nelson has set a pre-trial hearing for the George Zimmerman murder trial for April. During this hearing Mark O'Mara attorney of Zimmerman and prosecutors, who are charging the shooter with second-degree murder of Trayvon Martin will present the court with its evidence.
