Authorities in northwest Ohio say a 29-year-old man chased and fatally shot his 20 -year-old ex-girlfriend in her car before barricading himself in his home and committed suicide.
Mississippi Representative Jessica Upshaw was found dead in an apparent suicide on Sunday, authorities said, and reported by Foxnews.com. She appears to have shot herself in the head at the home of former state Rep. Clint Rotenberry in Menderhall, located about 30 miles southeast of Jackson.
