Nashville district attorney Glen Funk has sued Channel 5's parent company, Scripps Media and investigative reporter Phil Williams over the story they aired last week. The district attorney filed a $200-million defamation lawsuit.

West Londoners Alexanda Kotey and Aine Davis were identified by a joint investigation of Buzzfeed and Washington Post as members of Jihadi John's British group, "Beatles." The identities of the two Londoners were revealed but their location remained undisclosed.

Wells cargo and Genuine Title have reached a class-action lawsuit settlement amounting to $16.2 million. The lawsuit involves an allegation about the kickback scheme.
