Oregon occupiers of the Malheur national wildlife refuge faces additional charges. Leaders, brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy and other participants are indicted to the charges of possession of dangerous weapon, theft and depredation of government property.

Jay Fung, 42 admitted to commit securities fraud. Prosecutors reported, he received a tip from a former Morgan Stanley broker regarding the acquisition plans of Gilead Sciences Inc. to Pharmasset Inc. The said broker received kickbacks from Fung for it.

Joseph Chait, 38, a senior auction administrator of the I.M. Chait Asian art gallery and auction house admitted on smuggling products made from Endangered Species such as rhinoceros horn, elephant ivory and coral. Chait falisified document to smuggled the items bought by foreign clients.
