The Senate passed a broad drug treatment and prevention bill on Thursday. The bill is said to be the largest of its kind since a law in 2008 mandated insurance coverage for addiction treatment.

The White House has a new plan that aims to make more affordable diapers for low-income families. The initiative will give low-income families access to diapers that are up to 25% cheaper than the ones they currently buy.
