A Missouri judge ruled that the Boys Scouts Association of america is not held liable to the sexual abuse case of a scout leader in Kansas City. The judge agreed to the organization's lawyer who said, a corporation or association cannot itself commit such abuse.
New York's pedicab drivers sued the city for allegedly issuing them with excessive ticketing that would eventually drive them out of the business. They claimed that the ticketing campaign had forced drivers to stop operating due to the large fines.
Cleofas Alberto Martinez Gutierrez, has been arrested by the Federal authorities in connection to a string of clash shootouts Sunday with government's forces. Martinez is suspected as to the drug cartel leader in Reynosa who led the group on the said shootouts.
Cliffs Natural Resources Inc's bondholders are suing the company over a bond exchange offer in January. The litigation took place after the Cliffs commodity prices went down and aimed at reducing the company's debt.
