The District judge has sided with insurance company MetLife regarding its case against the government. The judge said that the company should not be the subject of the governments strict regulations.

A freeport man is appealing a $14.5 million defamation verdict after he accused an orphanage founder of serial pedophile. His lawyers were claiming that the lawsuit has no jurisdiction because it was filed outside the U.S. where the founder was living.

The special House panel is still continuing its probe on allegations of fetal tissue donation. A number of subpoeans have been given out to people, groups and organizations that operates in relation to fetal tissue distribution.
