Swedish police has recently announced the arrest of Peter Sunde, one of the founders of file-sharing site Pirate Bay, after almost two years evading authorities following his sentencing in 2012, TIME reported.
A recent poll by London-based law firm Allen & Overy LLP indicated that although majority of the companies who holds patents in the UK, they are skeptical about how the new unitary patent system and the Unified Patent Court would work for them and what costs would it entail to seek claims using the new system, Bloomberg reported.
