‘RHONY’ star Bethany Frankel ready to marry again as boyfriend Michael Cerussi is set to propose; Refuses to talk about ongoing divorce matters with four-year-old daughter

Albeit Bethenny Frankel is currently experiencing a bumpy ride in her married life as divorce disputes with estranged husband Jason Hoppy continue, it appears that nothing can stop her from moving forward. The "Real Housewives of New York" star is definitely geared up to turn another page of her romantic life, as her boyfriend Michael Cerussi is ready to propose to his new beau, Venture Capital Post reported.

An insider from Life & Style revealed that Cerussi, Frankel's boyfriend for one year, is all set to pop the question and be engaged with his girlfriend.

"He's been telling pals that Bethenny is the one. They've become very close since they started dating late last year,' the source told. "She met his mom; he's met her daughter Bryn - they've pretty much spent all summer by each other's side."

However, the source said that the only thing that seems to be impeding the pair's happy ever after is Frankel's divorce issues with ex-husband Hoppy.

"They can't truly move forward in the relationship while Bethenny is still battling Jason," the insider noted.

The happy couple was recently seen together at an amusement park in Hamptons along with Frankel's four-year-old daughter Bryn. According to the report from Venture Capital Post, the 34-year-old financier was also spotted "wrapping" Frankel around his arms while they are all cramped in a carnival ride.

Meanwhile, amid the divorce conflict, the 43-year-old reality TV personality refuses to disclose to her daughter Bryn about the problems that their family is facing simply for the reason that the child "doesn't ask," told Enstars.

Citing reports from the Huffington Post, Frankel said that she does want to ruin the relationship of her daughter and her father, as Bryn is innocent about the ongoing dispute between her parents.

"As long as they're loved and feel important, supported and you spend time with them, they are happy," Frankel said.
