It also noted that since the Galaxy S3 popped out a little later in May, Samsung may want to dominate the Mobile World Congress (MWC) again next year. This would mean that Samsung is eyeing an April market start for Galaxy S6, with a public unveiling in March during the trade congress.

It also added that Samsung has two main contenders for the S6 screen resolution: Quad HD (1440 x 2560) or 4k (2160 x 3840). This means that the the alleged new follow-up phone in the Galaxy smartphone series could be a formidable contender in terms of visuals and graphics in mobile phones.
Meanwhile, Air Herald reported that while the S5 was criticized for still using the same plastic shell and poor casing just like its predecessors, S6 will be an improvement as it will sport a graphene exterior shell featuring what is rumored to be a curved flexible display. It also added that the Samsung Galaxy S6 is most likely adopt Android L along with Samsung's TouchWiz interface. And in the age where almost everyone is into selfies, the S6 camera will allegedly come in at 20 megapixels and will be powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm processor.
Android Pit noted that the rumors about the release and the specs of Galaxy S6 followed after reports that Galaxy S5 is not well received as the South Korean tech giant had hoped. Moreover, the launch of the S5 was said to have been a strategic measure of the company to complement with the rate success of its Galaxy smartphone series, given the fact that S4 sales has been less than spectacular. In addition, the mobile news site also thought that Samsung might as well go all out with the subsequent release of the Galaxy Note 4 alongside the Galaxy S6 to regain their market share, profit margin and reputation.
