NJ Friends Sue Harry Potter World for Hour-Long Rescue Process of Roller Coaster Ordeal

An incident involving a group of Lawrence residents and Universal Studios has surfaced recently, accusing the world-famous theme park of leaving them helpless while dangling upside-down on a roller coaster ride for over an hour. The said incident took place over two years ago, and can now potentially face a massive charges.

According to Scoop Nest, Kevin Malkin, Precious Forston and Anastasia Hedgepeth of Lawrence claimed that they were merely visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Florida and opted to go on a ride. The group was arriving towards the ending half of the ride when it suddenly broke down, rendering the friends stranded in the air as explained by the lawsuit.

NJ delivered that the lawsuit spoke of Universal Studios' negligence in getting the victims free from their upside-down suspension in mid-air and seemingly ignoring their cries and screams of help. The plaintiffs stated that the moment spent being in the said position was quite prolonged and even took nearly an hour. No specification of the manner in which the victims were rescued by was declared, nor the reason for the said ride's malfunction.

As per News Locker, the group still blamed the amusement park for the ignorance of suspended visitors, the failure to check the ride and the inadequacy to ensure the safety of the people going to their park. The lawsuit was filed earlier this month in the Superior Court of Mercer County.

Such safety precautions, as legal parties declared, are vital to ensure not just the satisfaction of the guests but also to omit the risks of injuries or fatalities in which the clients are very particular with. As for the legal cases, the authorities strongly advise the management of said establishments to consistent routine checks for their machinery especially as it is the bread and butter of particular business types.
