New Jersey police have arrested four men in connection to the murder of Dustin Friedland who was fatally shot inside the parking lot of the Mall at Short Hills, CBS News reported. One of the four men accused appeared in a federal court in Newark on Monday morning, as reported by The Star Ledger.
Basim Henry will appear in state court on January 8 with other suspects Karif Ford, Kevin Roberts and Hanif Thompson. The face murder, carjacking, conspiracy and weapons charges, according to Katherine Carter, a spokesman for the Essec County Prosecutor's Office.

30-year-old Dustin Friedland was carjacked and fatally shot on the night of December 15 after he reportedly refused to give his keys of his Range Rover; he knew his wife was in the car and there appeared to be a struggle between him and the assailants.
"He would never have done anything stupid, like grab for a gun - but I know he would not have hesitated to protect Jamie,'' his wife's uncle, Dr. Mark Schare told The New York Post.
"He couldn't do enough for her.'
"The victim had opened the door for his wife, she had started to get in the vehicle," said Carolyn Murray, the acting Essex County prosecutor.
"As he got to the driver"s side and started to get ready to enter the vehicle, he was approached by two males and was shot before he entered his vehicle," added Murray.
"The young couple had just moved into their $625,000 Hoboken home in October and had planned to start a family, colleagues and relatives said," The New York Post reported.
