'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Couple Cynthia Bailey, Peter Thomas Sued Over a Bar Bwal

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas face legal trouble over a bar fight. The man who claimed he was assaulted by Thomas earlier this year has filed another lawsuit against him and Bailey, seeking money for damages.

The plaintiff named Brandon Link, who initially sued Peter Thomas over the altercation that happened in Sports One bar, sued the two and demanded $225,000 in damages, Page Six reported. According to Link, the alleged assault done to him by the actor resulted to concussion.

Thomas is the owner of the said bar in Charlotte, North Carolina. In the lawsuit, he claimed that the surveillance video, which recorded the whole incident, has been tampered by Thomas. The said footage shows the alleged confrontation of Thomas to the plaintiff, Link claimed.

TMZ cited that Link approached Thomas to discussed about business; however, Thomas told him he was busy "working on some p****". Link added that the accused screamed at him, saying, "Do you think I give a F*** about your money."

According to Link, his intention to speak with Thomas about renting a space in the bar resulted to a fight after he grabbed and threw him on the table. He claimed he badly injured his head and later on suffered concussion, Rollingout reported

Thomas denied the incident and claimed Link was "drunk and belligerent" at that time. He told the bar security to escort him out of the bar, and claimed Link slipped on an icy ground causing the head injury. The District Attorney's office reviewed the surveillance and has not found any evidence that it was altered.

Link's criminal assault lawsuit was dismissed after it was reviewed, Perez Hilton reported. Nonetheless, Link still seeks monetary compensation from the couple. Bailey has not yet responded on the lawsuit.

In March, Bailey, 48, revealed the couple's marriage is on the rocks. "Peter and I are not in a great place right now," she said.
