Resident Evil 7 Rumored to Appear at E3 and Launch Within 2016; RE2 Remake Cause of Delay?

By

Given that the supposed Resident Evil 7 is nothing more than a rumor for the moment, Capcom fans are officially tracing out what could be the cause of the aforementioned amendment. Furthermore, the theories tend to be more drastic in terms of possible gameplay features, as well as why the title is still at bay.

According to Christian Times, the most rampant factor that gamers are talking about for the series is the creation of the Resident Evil 2 Remake which has a resounding reception to the fans of the franchise's early years. It was pointed out that because of the said choice that Capcom is going for, the odds of Resident Evil 7 coming out this year is immensely astronomical.

As per NSEA Voice, rumors have pointed out towards Resident Evil 7 being announced this year during the E3 event and being released later within the year. However, the issue was immediately debunked by Capcom, defending the fact that there will indeed be a Resident Evil 2 Remake still slated for release that is not long from happening.

Fans of the franchise are to take note of the fact that both Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 did not necessarily make well for the series and with it, the plot of Resident Evil 7 was formulated. Capcom said that the franchise aims to once more drag the horror back to the game, one which was omitted from the last few games in the series. It was noted by News Every Day that Capcom has heard many rumors of Willaim Birkin and Nemesis returning, but still is not an affirmative matter to look forward to for now.

Resident Evil 7 still has no announcement from Capcom, let alone the plans to make it within the year. Fans were urged by Capcom to take everything as a grain of salt for now, as they will be the ones to reveal official information about the game soon enough.
