'NCIS' Season 13 News: Agent DiNozzo faces identity is stolen by multiple perpetrators; new character introduced to fill in Michael Weatherly's exit

CBS announced that they are currently on a casting call to fill in lead actor Michael Weatherly's exit in "NCIS" Season 13. Also, the network has released the official plot description of episode 20 'Charade' and last week's episode 19 'Reasonable Doubts' is recapped for fans who have missed to watch it.

CBS officially announced that they are currently on a casting call to fill in Michael Weatherly's exit from "NCIS" after 13 seasons. According to TV Line, the show is looking for an actor who is of African-British descent. The newest character will be named Clayton happens to be a MI-6 intelligence agent and a competent chess player in his late 20s or early 30s. He is described as a young, street-smart, and physically fit single father to a young son.

Clayton will be first introduced in the upcoming finale episode of this season in the same episode where Agent DiNozzo will bid his final goodbye.

As for the official plot description of episode 20, Carter Matt notes, "After Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo's (Michael Weatherly) identity is stolen by multiple perpetrators, the fake Agent DiNozzo begin blackmailing Senators."

For a quick recap of "NCIS" Season 13 previous episode 19 "Reasonable Doubts" TV Fanatic reported that, the NCIS team investigated the murder case of a Navy officer. The team tried to determine whether the victim's wife or mistress was telling the truth; while a homeless woman claimed that Anthony DiNozzo Sr. (Robert Wagner) is her biological father.

"NCIS" Season 13 Episode 20 is entitled as "Charade". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to return on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. first and exclusive on CBS.

"NCIS" is an American police procedural drama TV series created by Donald P. Bellisario and Don McGill. The storyline follows the fictional team of special agents from the Naval Crime Investigative Service which conducts criminal investigations in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
