Moreover, actress Li Bingbing is also on board for the film. Per Yibada, Bingbing confirmed at the product presentation of the luxury watch she is endorsing that the offer for the project came to her in 2013, but was moved on a later date due to the revisions that had to be done on the script. Official details on her character are still unknown.

As for the baddies, WWE's Hulk Hogan and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson are two of the heavily speculated names to the star as villains in the project. Furthermore, James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan was also rumored to star in the upcoming sequel, but as a protagonist.

Official details on the director, cast members, plot, and locations for The Expendables 4 are currently unknown but more details are expected to be released for the project as it nears its targeted 2017 release date.
