Fast and Furious 8 to feature high-end Rally Fighters, Lamborghini Murcielagos cars; Justin Bieber not replacing Paul Walker

Fast and Furious 8 is currently in the works and new details suggest that Mad Max: Fury Road actress Charlize Theron might join the case. Rumors about Justin Bieber's casting were finally clarified while model/actress Cara Delevingne is heavily linked to the project.

As reported by Christian Today, Theron has been approached to join the long-running franchise. Theron's character is currently unknown although rumors are plenty that she could be introduced as the new villain who could be associated to the Shaw brothers who were established as villains in the previous installments.

In the previous film, Owen was still in the hospital while Deckard Shaw ended up being imprisoned. If Theron's casting is pushed through she is rumored to either help Deckard or be his accomplice while in prison. It remains to be seen whether Theron would accept the project or not, however, she was able to work previously with director F. Gary Gray for The Italian Job, which could be a good sign for the studio.

Aside from Theron, pop star Justin Bieber was also previously rumored to join the cast as replacement of Paul Walker. However, as reported by Yibada, NBC Universal vice chairman Ron Meyer has denied claims that Bieber will join the cast.

Moreover, as reported by Breathecast, model Cara Delevingne is also linked to the project. Delevingne who was Fast and Furious mainstay Michelle Rodriguez's former flame is rumored to enter the franchise which delighted Rodriguez.

Meanwhile, new and high-end cars are also expected to be revealed in the upcoming Fast and Furious 8. Some of the models expected to appear in the film are Rally Fighters, Lamborghini Murcielagos, and seven Imprezas donated by Subaru for the previous film.

F. Gary Gray is set to direct Fast and Furious 8, which will see the return of Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Ludacris as Tej Parkerk, Dwayne Johnson as Hobbs, and Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw. It is set to hit theaters on April 14, 2017.
