Apple's March event: A showcase of everything and anything Apple

By

Apple is expected to host an event this March and its diehard fans can't wait any longer for this event will enshrine all products that Apple has in store for the year 2016.

It has been the practice of the Cupertino firm not to join any major trade shows like the MWC and the IFA. Apple wants to host a show wherein it will be able to showcase its own products without others stealing the limelight from them.

During the event, Apple is expected to reveal the new iPad Air 3 and the iPad Pro. Sources say that the new iPad will have a 9.7-inch screen display while the Pro will have a slightly larger one.

Both devices will have a four-speaker setup, Smart Connector and a compatibility with the Apple Pencil. Both devices will also have an LED flash on its cameras. As a new installation, both iPad's will definitely have a faster processor, a higher-resolution display, and a next generation pressure sensing technology, as per Pocket Lint.

Another device that has a love-hate relationship between maker and consumer is the iPhone 5SE, which will be the successor of the 4-inch iPhone 5c. Rumors say that it will have the same resolution as the iPhone 5S but will come with a new technology like the pressure sensitive display found in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus. According to Twice, research company Piper Jaffray thinks that Apple will ship 50 million iPhone 5SE in the first year which is lower compared to the $75 million units sold in the recent years.

As reported by Forbes, depleting stocks ahead of a new product launch will ensure that the impact of any discounts to clear the depreciated iPads will be minimal. It will be unlikely that there will be notable price cuts on the unit.

While there is no official date to when and where the event will take place, the lineup of devices that Apple have prepared is more than enough to keep its avid fans on their heels.
