While ABC is set to premiere its new tv series 'The Family', many are already hooked in to the promos released by the network during Oscars 2016. Viewers are expected to get very emotional each episode of this series as it premieres on March 3.
ABC has announced its new thriller drama series 'The Family'. This show is teased to give many viewers some chills and evoke some emotions per episode of the show. And the network did give audiences some teasers during the Oscars 2016. ABC dropped 3 intense and drama-pact teasers for viewers to see, as reported by HealthAim.
The story revolves around the life of Claire Warren. According to TV Series Finale, viewers will see the struggle and triumph of Claire as a mother and political aspirant. She has a son who was presumed dead. But one day, the whole family was shaken when the presumed deceased son returned from the dead. His appearance throws the family into chaos, exposing more secrets and identifying truths from lies.
As what Variety reviewed, 'The Family' is somewhat same as the drama-pact series 'Secret and Lies', 'The Missing' and 'The Killing'. It has also resemblance from that thrilling movie 'The Lovely Bones'. Like 'The Missing', the series told in two time frames, in the present situation when Claire runs as governor from her position as a mayor. 'The Family' combines local politics and family struggles.
'The Family' cast members include Joan Allen as Claire. lison Pill is Willa. Margot Bingham is Detective Nina Meyer. Zach Gilford is Danny. Liam James is Adam. Floriana Lima is Bridey. Madeleine Arthur portrays young Willa and Rarmian Newton is young Danny. Rupert Graves joins as John Warren, with Andrew McCarthy as Hank.
As what the 'The Family' synopsis reads: "A family is shaken to the core when a politician's presumed dead son suddenly returns.
