After succeeding twice in the box office, Pitch Perfect will be having another installment expected to be released on 2017. However, not all of its original cast may be back for Pitch Perfect 3, suggesting that new characters will be added. In fact, there is already someone who is rumored to join the cast.
According to Hollywood Life, Justin Bieber is interested on taking part in Pitch Perfect 3. Apparently, the Canadian-singer is already considering to be an actor and with his just recent cameo in Zoolander 2, Bieber seems determined to make it come true.
This idea seemingly rose when Bieber met Rebel Wilson in Jennifer Lopez' concert. They talked about the possibility of working together and Wilson invited Bieber to join them in Pitch Perfect 3. The "Love Yourself" singer gladly entertained the idea; hence, the news about him being in the film.
Christian Post also shared that filming of Pitch Perfect 3 will start in the middle of this year. The site divulged also that Anna Kendrick and Brittany Snow are coming back for the film together with Wilson. Adam DeVine was also given the offer to play his comic-character again in Pitch Perfect 3. Other than that, other cast members of the movie are yet to be announced.
Day Herald reports that the movie might feature Wilson (Fat Amy) and DeVine (Bumper) pursuing their seemingly blossoming love. Moreover, fans might see a new Queen Bee for Barden Bellas. Grapevine has it that Hailee Steinfeld (Emily) will replace the character of Kendrick (Beca Mitchell). However, all of these, for now, are just mere speculations and fans have to wait for the official announcement about the plot of the movie.
Pitch Perfect 3 follows the second installment of the film which was released on 2015. The first film premiered on 2012, centering on Beca, who just entered college and found herself joining an all-girls singing group.
