'Rick and Morty' Season 3: Evil Eyepatch Morty, Mr. Meeseeks and Snuffles from Dog World to return?

Speculations have spread that Evil Eyepatch Morty, Mr. Meeseeks, and Snuffles/Snowball from the Dog will return in "Rick and Morty" Season 3. Aside from that, the second volume of "Rick and Morty" comic book series and "Pocket Mortys" mobile game have been released for loyal fans and viewers.

Rumor has it that old characters such as Evil Eyepatch Morty, Mr. Meeseeks, Snuffles/Snowball from the Dog World are set to come back in the upcoming installment of "Rick and Morty", Ecumenical News reports.

As the official release date of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 has not been announced just yet, Paste Magazine reports that fans can first tune in to the recently released comic book series. Tom Fowler will be writing and illustrating the second volume of the comic book where he admitted that this will be his first time to pen the script for a comic series instead of the first book's author Zac Gorman and illustrator CJ Cannon. Fowler is a seasoned illustrator who is best known for "Green Arrow", "The Hulk" Season 1, "Prince of Persia: Before the Sandstorm". .

Fans may also get their hands on the newly launched mobile game "Pocket Mortys" which is available for both iOS and Android. The game's description reads that gamers can "Join Ricks throughout the multiverse as they get swept up in the latest craze: Morty training! There are over 70 bizarre Mortys to recruit and train out there including Mustache Morty, Wizard Morty, Cronenberg Morty. Assemble a dream team, then challenge rival Ricks by forcing your grandson to battle each other", Tech Times wrote.

As of now, no official scheduled launch for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 has been announced by Adult Swim, however, speculations suggest that the series will air sometime in March of 2017.

"Rick and Morty" is an American adult animated TV series created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Adult Swim.
