'Captain America: Civil War' is an upcoming action-adventure and fantasy film directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and produced by Kevin Feige. The newest promo art has been unveiled at the Hot Toys fair together with the newest action figures from the film line. Its official trailer also dominated the recent Super Bowl 50.
According to Coming Soon, the newest promo art for the upcoming superhero film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has been released at the Hot Toys toy fair. It featured several new images of the Avengers as well as a brand new set of action figures including one of Bucky Barnes a.k.a. The Winter Soldier. Two busts of Iron Man and War Machine have also been unveiled together with the collectibles as well as several accessories for each.
Hot Toys' realistic high-end collectibles resemble those of past releases with slight differences, according to Toyland. For instance, Captain America's physique has been bulked up although he is still wearing armor he donned for 'Captain America: Age of Ultron'. The Winter Soldier is notably much different in that he no longer wears a mask and has gotten a jacket upgrade.
Hasbro also revealed its 12-inch Captain America and Iron Man models, which will be made available in Halloween for around $100 each. Their action figures will feature interchangeable heads, hands and come equipped with various accessories.
Meanwhile, Marvel's official trailer for 'Captain America: Civil War' dominated the recent Super Bowl 50 as well as social media when it was released for the commercial ad break. According to Variety, the television spot generated 196,000 conversations over Twitter and Facebook and trumped other future releases aired including 'X-Men: Apocalypse', 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2', 'Independence Day: Resurgence', '10 Cloverfield Lane' and 'Jungle Book'. The ad was unveiled during the pre-game show and asked viewers to choose between Cap's team of heroes or Iron Man's.
