Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton should be indicted

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that Hillary Clinton should be indicted for mishandling classified documents during her term as the secretary of state. Trump also speculated that Vice President Joe Biden might replace Clinton if the indictment happens.

According to MSNBC, Trump said during an interview with Simon Conway that Biden might take Clinton's place if she goes on trial. "If she - for instance, gets indicted - if she has to go on trial, they're going to have Biden or somebody else come in, we'll see what happens. I wouldn't mind that either", Trump said.

The investigation on Clinton's files started after her unsecured server was revealed to have been used to transmit more than top secret files. "What she did is so ridiculous, it's so, frankly stupid ... she was conniving, you know it's just the way she is", Trump stated as reported by Breitbart.

Trump also suggested that Clinton could be protected by President Obama's administration. He also mentioned about Clinton's inability to share secrets without being caught by the people. "With that kind of ineptitude you can't be President of the United States", Trump noted.

Biden previously clarified that he does not plan to run for the presidency because he thought there was no time for him and his family to mourn and heal over his son's death. According to NBC News, Trump's attack against Clinton was not the first.

Last December, he also made a reference about Clinton's bathroom break during the Democratic debate describing it as "disgusting". "What happened to her? "I'm watching the debate and she disappeared", he said.

"I know where she went. It's disgusting. I don't want to talk about it. No, it's too disgusting. Don't say it, it's disgusting. We want to be very straight up, OK?"

He also commented on her lose to President Barrack Obama in 2008, saying that she was being "schlonged."

During his interview, Donald Trump said that he will reverse the Delayed Action on Childhood Arrivals before it reaches the Supreme Court. However, his move to revoke the bill might no longer happen as the Court said that they are ruling it soon.
