Sony has been awkwardly silent about Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates these days amid the noise the software created, as more mobile carriers and device manufacturers have been scrambling to put their products atop of the Marshmallow game. However, the Japanese giant is reportedly brewing a revelation in the coming month as its Xperia Z4 Tablet is reported to get the update that soon.
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is on the frontline of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update despite the divinely presence of killer phones Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact and Xperia Z5 Premium. The tablet, known to for its impressive combination of functionality and design, might press forward first to the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update along with the 2015 flagship phones of Sony.
There are also ongoing rumors that Sony's silence might be a big revelation to step up the Marshmallow game by proceeding to the first version update of the software. Nevertheless, it all remains to be an information that has to be taken with a grain of salt.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow is slated to come with Doze, a power saving feature that puts the device to sleep when phone is sensed idle or inactive. It will disengage apps from running in the background, and in return expands the standby time of the phone in remarkable amount.
