Fans of Star Wars: The Force Awakens just couldn't get enough about the film and wanted to have more clues about what's going to happen next. Before it was released there were rumors about where is Luke, now after the release of The Force Awakens, the question shifted to who are the parents of Rey.

J.J Abrams proved himself that his sci-fi mastery was no fluke. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens was not only good, it was utterly spectacular. Though there has been no exact date yet as to when the Star Wars 8 will be release, fans are now gagging for answers regarding Rey's father and mother.

According to Independent, the leaked screenplay of Star Wars 8 just added more questions instead of answers about Rey's parentage. This lead to more fans making up theories as to how Star Wars 8 and Star Wars 9 will proceed such as Luke telling Rey that she is his daughter or Luke telling her that she's an incarnation of his father, Darth Vader.

The leaked screenplay went immediately viral and to add more fuel to the fire, And Boyega told Vogue that the screenplay for Star Wars 8 is much darker. Apart from this, the actor chooses to keep silent and express his excitement instead.

Meanwhile, JJ Abrams told TV show Roadies that he knows quite a bit about Rey's character. However, he doesn't want to spill some secrets as well. He said he is not in the position to talk about Star Wars 8 details. He believes Rian Johnson have more answers about the next film. J.J Abrams also added that the last thing he's going to do is reveal something that Rian would be upset about.

While J.J Abrams and Rian Johnson are silent with Star Wars 8 details, Colin Trevorrow of Star Wars 9 was slightly more forthcoming. The Star Wars 9 director said that they are going to make sure that the question regarding Rey's parents will be answered deeply and profoundly satisfying. Trevorrow said that Rey is a character that is important in this universe, not just in the context of The Force Awakens, but in the entire galaxy.

Meanwhile, Chris Corbould and creature shop head Neal Scanlan told Screen Rant that they are keep raising the bar all the time regarding Star War's special effects and that Star Wars 8 will look much more glorious than the rest of the franchise.

J.J Abram's Star Wars: The Force Awakens not only surprised fans on how well he preserved the Star Wars pop culture but movie critics also commended him for creating a majestic cinematic experience. Though Star Wars 8 and Star Wars 9 are yet to be released, fans are now enjoying the hype because of these theories and rumors.
