Without so much fanfare, Double Damage Games announced the release of Rebel Galaxy for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Fans will be happy to know that the game runs at 1080p and target 30 frames per seconds in consoles.

According to Inquisitr, Playstation 4 owners can straight away take hold of Rebel Galaxy as it was available since January 5. The title will be released for Xbox One on January 13. Double Damage Games distributes the game quietly to the wonder of the fans.

Game developer assures the fans that as to performance, the Rebel Galaxy on PS4 and Xbox One has the same look and content with the PC version. All three versions have no difference in assets and shader effects. The console versions both run at a native 1080p and target 30 frames-per-second. Rebel Galaxy, a space flight simulator game, is set in a randomly produced universe so no two systems are alike. This gives the players a chance to play without experiencing identical system, the source mentioned.

The Rebel Galaxy release for consoles is confirmed by Windows Central. The game is available for Xbox One beginning January 12 at the cost of $19.99.

The site described Rebel Galaxy as the newest game for Xbox One that allows players to become a space pirate. The players can take control of a huge destroyer equipped with best weapons. Rebel Galaxy grips constant action. Although the setting is in space, the ship is controlled on a 2D plane.

Introduced in October 2015, Rebel Galaxy features a nameless hero whose aunt has gone missing. It is now the hero's mission to track her down in different galaxies and bring her back, as recalled by iDigital Times.

Rebel Galaxy is a space trading and combat simulation video game developed and published by Double Damage Games for PC and now is also available for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
