Horizon Zero Dawn Big Maps Promise to Bring Better Open World Experience

By

Horizon Zero Dawn is still bound to enter the gaming world sometime this year, but there are already those who have faith in the title before it even surfaces. Guerilla Games themselves believe that there is more to the game than what meets the eyes and fans can only expect the best out of these efforts from the development team.

According to Express, Guerilla Games' upcoming exploration title Horizon Zero Dawn is still currently being held with careful hands as the world may not yet know what is to become of it. As time goes by, the anticipating fans grow hungrier to get more information and Guerilla Games does not deprive them of it.

As noted by Twinfinite, Guerilla Games' very own Executive Producer Mark Norris gave his honest thoughts on how Guerilla Games' title promises a vast open world experience with such a massive map around it.

Norris stated, "I think it's always interesting when we talk about an open world, [many] wonder how big the map is. I think one of the things you should ask is how dense the population of that map is, what activities will be [like] or if it will [be] a map where you [have to] run where there is absolutely nothing."

Delivered by Techno Buffalo, Horizon Zero Dawn gives the promise of a somewhat post-apocalyptic world wherein mankind was dragged a few steps back to primitive living with still the hint of technology. The game follows the story of Aloy wherein the players are to survive the threats of inevitable forces such as time and climate while trying to extinguish the powerful metallic fauna that inhabit the land.

Horizon Zero Dawn is yet to receive a fixed release date and since the title is already anticipated as one of the most decorated games of the year, Guerilla Games sure has a lot on its plate. Keep posted for further news on Horizon Zero Dawn.
