'Suits' Season 5 Episode 11 Spoilers: Mike's legal troubles worsen with ruthless prosecutor

By

In the shocking midseason finale of "Suits" Season 5, Mike Ross' secret was finally out as he was arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud. The latest promo that came out promises exciting and compelling final six episodes of the season as Mike deals with the fallout of the arrest.

In the promo, Mike can be seen being taken into police custody after his arrest. It didn't take long for Harvey to come to his aid despite having already resigned from the firm. He goes through a list of people who could have tipped off the police regarding Mike's lie. The list of possible whistleblowers include Mike's former friend Trevor, his ex Claire and even the priest Father Parker.

Design n Trend reports that Patrick J. Adams, the 34 year old actor who plays Mike, revealed that he is relieved that his character's long kept secret has been finally exposed. He has admitted to being bored sometimes and had to find ways to keep his character fresh and exciting.

"I'm really happy we've been forced to deal with something we were building up to for a long time," Adams said last month. "I actually felt we could have done it two seasons ago.I was always trying to find new ways to make him interesting."

Meanwhile, EP Aaron Korsh revealed in Christian Today that the identity of the person who sold Mike out was not his choice but was that of the writers'. He said that there was a long list of people who knew of the secret and many more who could have found out and turned him in though viewers have not seen them finding out.

Regardless of who it turns out to be, it turns out Mike will be dealing with a ruthless Assistant U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope) who is determined to put him behind bars reports Ecumenical News. Anita eerily tells Mike in the 28-second video that she will be the one to put him in jail while different shots of him being booked are shown.

"Maybe you think you've committed a victimless crime ... you haven't," Anita tells Mike. "You committed fraud every time you picked up the phone, mailed the letters, signed your name or appeared in court."

"Suits" Season 5 Episode 11 titled "Blowback" will return on January 27 on the USA Network. The question of who turned Mike in will hopefully be settled after a long wait. Tell us what you think in the section below.
