'Neighbors 2' is an upcoming comedy film scheduled to be released on May 20, 2016. A new promotional image showed leading men Zac Efron and Seth Rogen in a seemingly crazy party. Selena Gomez and Chloe Grace Moretz join the new cast as two wild sorority girls.

A new promotional image of the upcoming comedy sequel has been released by Entertainment Weekly. It featured leads Rogen and Efron shirtless and in tiny orange shorts - with Rogen having to put up with painted abs to enhance his physique. Rose Byrne is dressed in a tiny cheerleader outfit with her pregnant belly rather noticeable.

According to /Film, Chloe Grace Moretz and Selena Gomez join the ensemble cast as rowdy college sorority sisters and among the new kids causing trouble for married couple Mac and Kelly, played by Rogen and Byrne, respectively. In the first film, a fraternity known for hosting outrageous parties moved in to their adjacent house but for the second film it would be their female counterpart. Byrne revealed, "...it's like a glimpse into [Mac and Kelly's] daughter's future, and it terrifies them."

Director Nicholas Stoller will return to helm the film, according to Collider. He is best known for his comedy hits such as 2008's 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall', 2010's 'Get Him to the Greek', 2012's 'The Five-Year Engagement' and the upcoming 'Storks' to be released on 2016. He also wrote for films including 'Fun with Dick and Jane', 'Gulliver's Travels', 'Yes Man' and the upcoming 'Zoolander No. 2'.

'Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising' is an upcoming comedy film directed and co-written by Stoller based on the screenplay by Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Brendan O'Brien, and Andrew Jay Cohen. It is the sequel to the 2014 film that grossed $260 million against an $18 million budget. It stars Rogen, Byrne, Efron, Moretz, Gomez, Ike Barinholtz, Dave Franco and Lisa Kudrow.
