Rise of the Tomb Raider Recently Launched Endurance Mode Discussed; PC Version Release This Month

The current Lara Croft title, Rise of the Tomb Raider, has paved a way of success for itself since it was launched late last year. Now that 2016 is upon the fans, gamers are to take on a challenge that is only days old, but may take longer to get the hang of-let alone succeed smoothly in.

According to Breathe Cast, Rise of the Tomb Raider now has another added downloadable content update, namely the Endurance Mode. The said content is defined by the name itself, as it tests the survival skills of a player which starts from having no resources at all. In definition, Lara is to set out and salvage whatever she can to live through the most extreme environments and conditions, most of which are naturally rendered.

Delivered by Christian Post, players will the actual need in necessities such as food and warmth, in which both resources can be gathered at a different time. The absence of either one will cause Lara to weaken and die. The same principle of the game has stayed, making sure that Lara gathers the required artifacts that the mission demands of her while facing against the ominous threats of the wilderness.

In other news, Shack News noted that the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider has already been confirmed of being released sometime this month. This is a breath of fresh air to the people who are cordially awaiting the said version, whereas the PlayStation 4 users may still have to extend their patience a little more.

Rise of the Tomb Raider's Endurance Mode DLC is now part of their expansive downloadable content roster. There are more anticipated continuities to the franchise, and gamers can expect new weapons, skins, upgrades and missions in the near future.
