Will Smith ‘Deadshot’ Character Might Appear in New Batman Movie; Ben Affleck to Direct New Movie?

Rumors about Will Smith's character "Deadshot" are going around. People are talking about the possibility of his character to be present in the new "Batman" movie. Also, many people are convinced that Ben Affleck, the new "Batman", will direct his own movie.

According to MNR Daily, it is widely known that DC's new favorite son is Affleck and he is in talks to direct Batman solo movie after "Batman vs. Superman" movie, possibly even a trilogy, to be co-written by him and DC Comics writer Geoff Johns. People are waiting for Warner Brothers or DC's official statement about it also fans are curious as to what it will be about. The article says the movie might be about Red Hood, a returning character in the Batman story. It also said that more news might come after "Dawn of Justice" come out in theaters.

The Oceanside Post stated that it is likely possible for Will Smith to appear in the new stand alone Batman movie but nothing is confirmed yet. On the other hand, we will see Smith's character Deadshot in the star studded movie "Suicide Squad" on August 5, 2016. It also stars Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman, Scott Eastwood, Common, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, Karen Fukuhara, Adawale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Cara Delevigne, Jai Courtney, Jared Leto, and Margot Robbie, among others.

Another star might appear in the "Batman" solo movie. Cinema Blend said Matt Damon, A close friend of Affleck, might also appear in the movie. The 45-year-old actor has never been a superhero and after all these movies adapted from comics, he wants to try it too. The actor-director doesn't really lack anything as he tried action movies before. He said in an interview with Variety that if he will be casted as the "Daredevil", he would gladly accept it.

The possibility of Will Smith and other A-list actors to appear in the movie will be heavily based on how the two movies will do. It is definitely up to the fans whether they really want this to happen. Do you?
